Supervising other clinicians requires a different level of skill, responsibility, and self-awareness. Tier 3 of The Bloom Collective is designed for licensed therapists who are already providing supervision—or preparing to—and want expert meta-supervision to strengthen their supervisory identity.

Tier 3 offers supervision of supervision from an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. This includes guidance on ethical decision-making, gatekeeping responsibilities, case-within-case conceptualization, and navigating supervisee impairment or ethical concerns. The focus is not only on what supervisors do, but how they think, lead, and hold responsibility within the field.

Members receive targeted support in developing supervisory skills such as feedback models, competency assessment, managing difficult dynamics, addressing dual roles, and practicing cultural responsiveness in supervision. This tier also supports leadership and program development, including designing supervision programs, evaluating supervisee progress, and navigating supervisor credentialing pathways.

Tier 3 is for therapists who are ready to mentor others with confidence, clarity, and ethical grounding. It supports supervisors in stepping fully into leadership roles while maintaining reflective, relational, and systemic approaches.
